And this is going to be my FIRST and BEST piece of advice on any endeavor to lose fat and getting stronger and healthier.
If you don't know how much you're eating today, you cannot change what needs to be changed tomorrow to start getting closer to where you want to be.. to where you NEED to be for some of you.
This episode dives into my belief that TRACKING your nutrition is KEY to becoming your healthiest and strongest in order to live on mission for Christ!
